Cancellation Policy

Hair packages are curated services that include both hair and installation/customization. Due to the nature of these services, all packages are final and non-refundable once booked and/or installed. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your total package balance. All hair provided through Immersekbeauty is considered final sale once purchased, customized, or installed. Hair cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If any concerns arise regarding installation or hair quality, they must be communicated within 72 hours of your appointment and will be evaluated in person to determine the appropriate resolution. Adjustments are only available within this timeframe. Aftercare and maintenance are the client’s responsibility following completion of the service.
