You've purchased your hair package — now lock in your install date. This appointment is Step 2 of your Hair + Traditional Sew-In Package. Your hair bundles are on the way, and this secures your spot on Kaylajoystyles' calendar for a full professional install. What's covered at your appointment: - Full traditional sew-in install - Braid down and protective net (optional) - Shampoo, deep condition, and trim - Signature styling Important: This booking is only for clients who have completed their Hair + Traditional Sew-In Package purchase. Cancellation Policy

Hair packages are curated services that include both hair and installation/customization. All hair provided through Immersekbeauty is in strict compliance with Texas health and safety regulations governing cosmetology and cosmetic products, all hair extensions, custom wigs, bundles, and chemical hair services are final sale. Once hair extensions are installed or custom products are altered, they cannot under any circumstances be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to state sanitation laws. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, you must notify the salon within 24 hours of your initial appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary correction appointment to adjust the issue. After 24 hours post-correction, the service is contractually deemed fully accepted, finalized, and closed. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you certify that you are the authorized cardholder and that all payments are made voluntarily. ImmerseKBeauty strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud. Filing a false "unauthorized transaction" or "service not received" dispute with your financial institution while retaining physical merchandise or receiving a completed service constitutes theft under Texas law. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, our company will actively pursue legal remedies. The client will also be held liable for all associated costs, penalties and fees incurred by the business. Aftercare and maintenance are the client’s responsibility following completion of the service. Longevity and performance of the style depend on proper at-home care and upkeep.
