Shipping Policy

Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

For security and fraud prevention purposes:

• The billing and shipping address must match.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• The billing address entered at checkout must match the address associated with your payment method.

If incorrect billing information is entered, your payment may be declined. A pending charge on your bank statement does not mean the transaction was approved — it only indicates an authorization attempt.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order before shipment.

• Processing time is 1–3 business days, (Processing time is separate from shipping time.)

• Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).

Immersekbeauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Carrier service interruptions

• Customs processing

• Holidays

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Return & Exchange Policy

FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.

Immersekbeauty does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Custom hand machine-made wigs

• Ready-to-ship wigs

• Hair bundles

• Closures or frontals

• Sale or promotional items

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all products are final sale.

Immersekbeauty is not responsible for:

• Improper installation

• Damage caused by third-party stylists

• Chemical processing or coloring

• Alterations or customization after delivery

• Personal preference issues

• Carrier delays

• Packages marked as delivered

Orders placed using Klarna, Afterpay, or other installment providers remain subject to this final sale policy and are not exempt from these terms.

Fraudulent chargebacks or unwarranted disputes will be formally investigated and may result in refusal of future service.
