Shipping Policy
Thank You for shopping with ImmerseKBeauty!
-Please make sure the billing address and shipping address are the same, as we do not ship to "P.O. BOXES".
-Please make sure you're entering the same billing address that's associated with your bank card, as the card will not process the payment if you do not enter the correct address.
-If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined the payment will not be completed, it only show you attempted to make the transaction.
How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 1-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 1-5 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

IMMERSEKBEUTY is not responsible for any LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, A signature is required for all shipped packages to prevent theft.
Return & Exchange Policy
REFUND POLICY-
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final, however you can return the product for the same purchase price if contacted within 2 business days of delivery. Hair must be in the original state, unaltered and must be returned in original packaging for an exchange.
Return Fees- $15 restocking fee and Customer is required to provide the return label
