Service Description

The Traditional Install is my SPECIALTY. This type of sew-in last up to 6-10 weeks. Hair will be sewn on to a braid pattern with minimal leave out to cover tracks. This service includes: • Shampoo • Condition • Blow Dry • Braid Down • Scalp Oiled • Hair Net STYLE IS INCLUDED A TRIM IS AN ADD ON SERVICE ( if needed for an additional $25) +30 minutes 🛒🛍️If you want to purchase my hair or closure from my Immersekbeauty collection please text me to make sure I have it in stock or can be ordered in time for your appointment. A minimum of 3 bundles are required for this service. *Additional bundles are $25 each. (please make sure used bundles are free of product and oil) unless you want me to shampoo your extensions for an additional charge

Cancellation Policy

Hello I'm Kayla, I am located at “ROOM 115" I allow a 10-minute grace period, afterwards is a $20 late fee. Cancellation after 15 mins. I honor 1 Reschedule with your existing deposit. At Immersekbeauty, every service is provided with intention, care, and professionalism to ensure a high-quality experience. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your total service. All deposits and services are final and non-refundable. 1. 24-Hour Cancellation & Flat No-Show Fee Policy Your appointments are very important to our team, and that time is reserved exclusively for you. We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If a client fails to appear for their scheduled appointment time without notice (a "No-Show"), or cancels within the 24-hour window, a flat $40.00 missed-appointment fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. 2. Sanitation & Final Sale Policy In strict compliance with Texas health and safety regulations governing cosmetology and cosmetic products, all hair extensions, custom wigs, bundles, and chemical hair services are final sale. Once hair extensions are installed or custom products are altered, they cannot under any circumstances be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to state sanitation laws. 3. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, you must notify the salon within 24 hours of your initial appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary correction appointment to adjust the issue. After 24 hours post-correction, the service is contractually deemed fully accepted, finalized, and closed. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you certify that you are the authorized cardholder and that all payments are made voluntarily. ImmerseKBeauty strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud. Filing a false "unauthorized transaction" or "service not received" dispute with your financial institution while retaining physical merchandise or receiving a completed service constitutes theft under Texas law. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, our company will actively pursue legal remedies. The client will also be held liable for all associated costs, penalties and fees incurred by the business. Aftercare and maintenance are the client’s responsibility following completion of the service.
